You are invited to attend a two-session workshop that will include up-to-date information about staying healthy during these uncertain times.
The June 28 session will include a presentation by local chiropractor and nutrition expert, Dr. Brent DeLong. Plant-based recipe options will also be offered in an enjoyable and educational setting.
The sessions are scheduled for Sunday afternoons, June 28 and July 12, 4:30 - 5:30 pm. Each workshop session will be different.
